Shit! Hab grad gesehn, die FW 4.1.9-6 ist für die Live. Ich versuch sie jetzt einfach mal auf meine 2. Gen zu flashen. Mal sehen was passiert :-)

Würd ich nicht machen!!! die Firmware läuft nur auf der Live! für die Gen2 weiß ich nicht genau, ob es da auch schon ne passende FW gibt.

Hallo, Sorry das ich mich hier mal einklicke,

aber habe dieses Thema mit Spannung gelesen da ich auch den WDTV Player habe wollte ich jetzt auch mal versuchen. Das ganze mit der alternativen Firmware zu starten. Diese ist auch kein Problem zu laden, nur wenn ich die Links hier zum LaurentG App anklicke, sagt Firefox das die seite unsicher sei und nicht angezeigt werden sollte. Ausserdem habe ich keine Lust mich in einem weiteren Forum anzumelden.

Gibt es nicht ein offene Link zum LaurentG.app oder kann mir dies nicht mal bitte einer schicken ?


Eine Frage noch, läuft die alternativ Firmware B-Rad stabil
ist diese auch mit Deutscher Übersetzung vorhanden oder wird dann alles in English angezeigt oder habt Ihr Probleme damit ...

Mich interessiert das ganze mit dem OSD Menü und Film Vorstellung,weniger die W-Lan Verbindung !

Hallo, bin neu hier und völlig verzweifelt...
Ich versuche schon eine ganze weile die MovieSheets anzeigen zu lassen, was allerdings nicht klappen will.
Habe eine WDTV HD Gen2 mit der FW 1.01.77_B-RAD.CC_WDLXTV_G2-0.4.1.9-6 und auf einem Stick LaurentG.app.v.1.3.2.
Die Movie Sheets erstelle ich mit TViXiE. Das Programm habe ich auch entsprechend angepasst. (wd_tv.jpg)
Die Cover zeigt er an doch leider die Sheets nicht..... was mache ich falsch?????
Habe schon fast alles ausprobiert kann mir einer helfen???

LaurentG-App ist nur für den alten WDTV (Gen1). Moviesheets beim Gen2/Live werden anders umgesetzt und die Funktion ist bereits in der Firmware enthalten.

In der S00custom-options. Und wo, spielt keine Rolle. Entweder auskommentieren da wo es bereits steht und Wert anpassen oder so reinkopieren.

Die "S00custom-options" muss dann auch immer auf dem Stick sein der auch die "MSheetLiveapp" und die anderen hier beschriebenen Dateien beinhaltet....oder?

funktioniert der ganze Movie Sheet krams bei der live nur wenn en usb stick bzw. ne usb festplatte angeschlossen hast?
gibts auch ne möglichkeit das anzeigen zu lassen, wenn man im netzwerk ne nas integriert hat?

nun noch eine Frage von mir...

Habe noch kein WDTV Live aber überlege mir eins anzuschaffen.

Bisher sind die Daten so organisiert:

Serien -> auf nas in folgender struktur: serienname\season x\serie.s0xe0x.avi

Muss ich nun ein Sheet für jede folge erstellen?



Filme -> auf externer USB-HDD bisher alle ohne Unterordner.

Ich komme wohl nicht drumrum, die Filme in Unterordner zu schieben für die Moviesheets, oder? Sobald dann die Platte angeschlossen wird kann ich mir den Inhalt ansehen. Es gibt also keine Möglichkeit, alle meine Filme zu "browsen", dann einen auszusuchen und er sagt dann "lege Platte 3 ein" (z.b).



Bisher benutze ich einen HTPC, aber lautstärke und Platzbedarf sind mir eigentlich zu hoch und son WDTV Live ist billig, klein und leise... Wäre von dem her gesehen also eine Traumlösung

-wie bekomme ich movie sheet zum laufen ?
-wo bekomme ich Deutsche vorlagen damit ich mir mal den aufbau anschauen kann.Der Xml usw.

wie muß die Ordner struktur aufgebaut sein,quasi eine von 0 bis zum fertigen sheet wäre nett,wie gibt es Photoshop vorlagen usw.da ich selber aus dem Medien bereich komme und wert auf grafisch eigene sachen stehe und auch gerne welche später zur verfügung stellen würde.Wäre mal ein komplett TuT von vorteil,den vermisse ich hier einwenig.

Soweit alles bestens,blos ich glaube ich habe ein fehler in der 500costum

es hat sich nämlich nix getarn,ausser das ich einen anderen hintergrund habe,aber fim infos usw.werden nicht angezeit..

eigendlich alles wie immer,??? aber warum ...

... auch hier nochmals der Hinweis:

bei mir hat es erst funktioniert, nachdem ich in den Einstellungen am WD unter Video den Punkt "Listenmodus" ausgewählt hatte - mit den beiden anderen Einstellungen funktioniert die Anzeige nicht.

Vielleicht hilft´s ;-)

hyhy, ich würde es echt klasse finden wenn sich jemand finden würde, der seine s00custom-options mal komplett kopieren könnte und hier postet. danach evtl. noch eine ordner struktur und wie die files im filmordner heissen müssen.

dann wäre alles in einem post und ich bekomm es vieleicht auch hin.

Also ich habe mich nun auch daran probiert und die Sheets für die Filme erstellt. Aber wenn ich meinen WDTV anmache sehe ich davon nichts. Wie muss ich denn das Gerät oder die FW darauf vorbereiten, dass es geht?

Hallo meine frage ist. Ich habe Laurentg und die Firmware von B rad drauf und mit TViXiE mir ein paar Infos erstellt. Das geht auch wunderbar aber die anzeige wo das file steht also z.b Carries.mkv ist unten rechts wie kann ich das so einstellen das die anzeige oben in der mitte ist?

Kann jemand mal ein Screenshot seiner Ordner Struktur beim WD TV machen ?

habe leider fogendes Problem:

Filme und Moviesheet werden ohne Probleme angezeigt, jedoch wenn ich die Filminfo sehe und dann den Film mit Play starten möchte spielt er die Datei wd_tv.jpg ab anstatt den Movie.

Was mache ich falsch?

ich lege jetzt alle Hoffnung auf Euch.. hocke bestimmt schon 2 Tage an der Erstellung der Anzeige der Filminfos mit Moviesheets beim WDTV Live. Jetzt habe ich keinen Nerv' mehr, weiß nicht mehr weiter.

- Moviesheets erstelle ich mit ThumbGen
- Ordnerstruktur sieht so aus:

- Filme
- Genre
- Format (BluRay, SD,..)
* Folder.png (für übergeordnetes Ordnerbild)
* Film.avi
* Film.avi.tgmd
* Film.avi_sheet.jpg
* Film.jpg
* Film_sheet.jpg

Zur Zeit habe ich ein STD Sheet ausgesucht.

- Videoeinstellungen = Miniaturbilder
- greife meistens über "Netzwerkfreigaben" zu. Geht schneller.. aber die anderen Ansichten sind die selben
- Wenn ich im Filmordner angelangt bin, sehe ich jede einzelne Datei aufgelistet, aber nicht so wie es sein sollte.
- Zudem habe ich die Miniaturbilderansicht nur in dieser ansicht:



Kann man die Minuaturbilder den nicht 3 x 3 oder sogar 4 x 5 etc einsellen? Ist das immer nur 3 x 1 ?!


Falls Ihr noch mehr Infos benötigt, lasst es mich wissen. Ich hoffe mir kann geholfen werden...

Puuuuh also ich bin nun seid gestern Mittag dran und sehe noch keine Erfolg... :/
Habe die neuste Brad drauf (1.01.77-WDLXTV-G2-0.4.7.3 [flash]) die ich hier geladen habe!
Habe sie auf den Stick gezogen und meine WDTV Gen2 geflasht. Das hat super funktioniert.
Nun versuche ich aber verzweifelt meine Moviesheets anzeigen zu lassen.

Habe zuerst probiert die "S00custom-options" so zu ändern

#Enable Movie Sheets config_tool -c SHOW_FILESIZE_SETTING=0 config_tool -c MSHEETMODE=sheet config_tool -c VIDMSHEET=ON config_tool -c GENMSHEET=ON config_tool -c LISTMSHEET=ON

diese einzelne Datei auf den USB Stick laden, in WDTV Gen2 einstecken und starten! Dies brachte 0 Veränderung...

Nun habe ich es mit "MSheet.app.2.2.0" probiert. Geladen, wieder auf den USB Stick, in WDTV eingesteck, stecke gezogen, neu gebootet, in den Test Ordner die Cover laden lassen, ausgeschaltet und wie eingeschaltet, wieder in den Test Ordner... Was sehe ich da? Nur diese Cover aber nicht die Sheets :((((

Habe es nochmals mit der "S00custom-options" probiert, diesmal aber den Stecker gezogen (sonst hatte ich sie immer nur ausgeschaltet) und neu gebootet hat dann schon anders ausgesehen aber die sheets hatte es noch nicht angezeigt. Dann habe ich diese Einstellungen genommen

config_tool -c WDTVEXT=OFF config_tool -c SHOW_FILESIZE_SETTING=0 config_tool -c LINKSHEETS=ON config_tool -c MSHEETMODE=sheet config_tool -c VIDMSHEET=ON config_tool -c LISTMSHEET=ON config_tool -c GENMSHEET=ON

Jetzt gehts, habe aber das Problem das die Cover die Sheets überlappen.... :/ Mal nach ander Templates schauen...
