I assume you stock the ProACs. What's the cost?

I have seen & heard a couple of Pro Acs.

Visually, they are neat, and generally dimunitive in their category... Visually, nothing exceptional.

But the sound .... OOOOhhh !

Some of the small ones lack thge last octave, but which ever octave is there is Superb...

My only concern... ( If I was to play the devils advocate ) is that because they are not visually imposing or stunning, getting a fair resale price would be a problem, unless the buyer knew them....

Hi,
For comparisons sake I have been checking the price through a dealer in dubai. The Tablette 8 Reference Signature is 65000 RUPEES and the Reference 8 is under 50 GRAND; studio 130 IS 75 GRAND; The 125 would be much less. How do these prices compare with the Indian ones I wonder. There should be some resemblance at least. As for resale, who would want to sell them if he could afford them in the first instance. Not I! By the way the address given does not click.

Response 1SC is the killer model driven by a 25-30 W tube integrated. Needs hefty stands though the speaker weighs only 8kg...

Heard them driven with EAR 859 (13 W Enhanced Triode) Int amp and also with Graaf GM-20 Tube Power controlled directly from Wadia CDP. Passive would be a good option.

Wonderful in a small room of today's modern apartments.

Yes we do stock them. At present we have on demo:-
1. PROAC STUDIO 130
2. PROAC STUDIO 140,
3. PROAC RESPONCE D15

Audio, as most hobbies, is a Never Ending quest for better..

We all achieve Audio Nirvana when we buy stuff, but soon, our quest is re-kindled... maybe that missing last octave ??
