Hi Guys, My friend and I auditioned the PSB Image B25 bookshelves last weekend. A brief on the same ![]() Setup: Room - This time too the room size was almost the same as my room, except for the height. Most importantly, the room was not acoustically treated in any way, no carpets, speaker stands very ordinary, a big TV in between, glass showcase behind and T45 floorstanders next to them. Typical Indian middle class living room...I felt very comfortable ![]() CD player - NAD C521BEE Amp - NAD C325BEE Normal Interconnects and Speaker Cables were used. How did the speakers perform? Well...Without doubt, B25s are quite neutral sounding speakers I have heard till date. On the whole, everything seemed to be very balanced and smooth...especially the mid frequency tones ![]() ![]() In the end (really...is there an end to all this? remember saying the same last time around ![]() ![]() So its PSB Image B25s to pair with my NAD C325BEE! ![]() [Beitrag von Voodoo_CHild am 16. Voodoo, the PSBs are very well suited for the kind of music you listened to on them. I still regret checking them out after plonking my money down for Kefs. I've always urged everbody going for a NAD to consider them seriously...they work very well with NADs. I had heard the B25, T65 and the Bronze B4 with the same setup. Though there can be no real comparison between the big T65s, the smallish B4s and the bookshelves, the B25s stood apart with what it could do for its size. Go for them ![]() |
