I know Cadence has/had its own record cleaning machine. I'd love to know more details about it like performance, why it was never so popular, is it still available and of course PRICE!! Any inputs will be valuable!!

I remember seeing one at one of the Grand Hyatt shows. Wonder if they have any in Pune.

I had contacted them 2 yrs back, they informed me that they are not selling it india and said would inform me the pricing when they are ready to market the same here. Even after repeated emails there was no response from them.

I wonder if there are any good RCMs commercially available here.

Hi,
Received reply from Cadence, they are not producing OkkiNokki now. So that settles the matter.

Clearaudio has a good cheap basic model, said to be effective in cleaning but bit noisy.

The courier charges is what hurts when getting it from EU ot US.

Exactly. One often pays more for shipping rather than the product itself. Sad! Hope the VPI RCM gets availble at real prices in India soon!
