Hi! Guys,
Some of you have been waiting to listen to these fantastic spks. Finally they have just been shipped to Bangalore and are on the way. I should get them max by Monday or even earlier. Pls check with me on friday/saturday.

yes very much the 52se's are on demo and so are the ProAc studio 125, But both need a lot of burning in though.

Yes ARJ ur right. Personally I prefer the ProAcs as they bring life to music and do not sound too clinical like the Dynaudios. Even the LINNs are like the dynaudios, too too pitch acurate and clinically clean.

I am not saying the Dynaudios are bad, they are also my fav spks, but its what my ears tell me that the ProAcs are more lifelike and give body to the music.

In no specific order the spks that I like personally are SONUS FABER, PROAC, LINN, MARTIN LOGAN, CADENCE, ACAPELLA AUDIO, DYNAUDIO & THIEL.

PS: Will be getting the D15s from ProAc shortly, they cost a bomb.

Hey prithvi great choices (I am sure it was the Singapore Soud show Acapella setup which got that one ion here!!!)

..I heard the D25 once and was really amazed.. I am out of the country and am due to be back in Feb..really want to try the Proacs with my Amp.

My order would be

Avant Garde, JM labs (Just heard the Utopia Alto BE today with Lavardin IT amp and a Linn CDP !), Proac & Living Voice, Cabasse...then it get really really difficult after this..

But the Klipschhorn is the most amazing speakers I have heard with a budget constraint..it costs just a fraction of the above..

Yes I do have a preference for High sensitivity speakers which can be driven by low ppwer amps..have found the Dynamics simply breathtaking !

Hi guys,

Been out of circulation for quite sometime now. A happy new year Arj,Prithvi,Manek and the rest of the guys.

Prithvi, I have a the dynaudio 82`s which I have hooked up wih the krell 2250 and the Wadia 302. Sounds divine. I would love to hear the 52SE.
I live in Bangalore and lets meet up for a listening session.

You have a nice set-up. From where did you get the Wadia CDP, was it from Sushil Anand?

Prithvi,

I imported the Wadia & krell from Kuwait and got the dyna`s from Soundsmth,Bombay. Yes, I am having a problem with my spades. Either they are too big or the speaker terminals are too small. The cables seem to loosen up every few days. I can`t figure that out. Will call you today and meet you for a demo. See ya.
