NAD C162+C272 or 372 with CW-V15F

HI!
New to this forum. Browsed it alot though.
As I listen to music ALL THE TIME i wanted to know what to buy. I want to know if i have been making some conlcusions that are not all wrong.

I was thinking of buying a NAD C162 + C272 or an C372.
As I have been told an amp loses some of it's "power" over the years. So when you had an amp for 10-15 years you it has lost 10-50 % of its original power.
Well there the reasons I'm thinking of buying the C162+C272. When the C272 is not as strong i can change it for a new power amplifier (u save a little money). Altough the question is if the C162 still will do the same job it has done the last 10 years??? The 162+272 goes for about 1440 US dollars. The 372 goes for about 1040 US dollars (as of today 23 of may, swedish crones to US dollars)

With this amp i was thinking of buyin a CERWIN VEGA V-15F. This becuase i listen to alot of trance, techno and other stuff with ALOT of base/bass (which is it). I can get these speakers (a pair) for 650 US dollars. Are there any "better" speakers for this price, with a nice BASE/BASS!!!

If we sum it up we have:
162+272+CW-V15F = 2070 US dollars
372+CW-V15F = 1680 US dollars.

Can u get the same power and base with another setup for 2000 dollars. That is my question.
