Hi Thanks guys for the help. Seems like getting NAD in Blr is proving to be a difficult proposition. Has some one tried out the Tannoy Fusion 4 speakers? The guy at Music ranch was raving about that. Rgds |

Hi ! If geting NAD is difficult then try Denon Amps at ProFx, Banglore. I have heard them - quite decent. Regards |

I thought so too...NAD and specially the 320bee is really a class act for its price. Cambridge audio I am told is also very good so try them out. yeah denon is available at cinebels and pro fx. If you are loong at some local options then pulz is a good product. No comparison to nad but pulz is decent. manek. |

Hi, I have seen couple of user messages on another forum stating that the Cambridge Audio 540A had a problem with the soft clipping circuit initially. Hopefully they have resolved the problem by now. The NAD is better in that regard since the clipping circuit can be bypassed. Harman Kardon has a receiver (FM tuner type) HK-3380 which has similiar power compared to the 320BEE but it has not received the wide acclaim like the 320 has. Cheers Joy |

there appear to be 3 "Killer"value for money amps viz NAD 320BEE, Rotel Ra01/02 and the cambridge 540. the Marants 7200 is also pretty good but somehow not so highly regarded as these three. all three do have quality problems once in a while but not so much..after all these are known as budget components. Regarding the soft clipping problem, this appears to have been resolved (I think this was in case of dynamic power not being enough)..but still clipping happens when more power is required off these amps..more than what it was designed for. And if tht is the case..it probably means that the match between the speaker and the Amp is not as good as it should be ![]() ![]() BTW there are some Amazing "Made in China" Amps &CDPs in the 200-1000 USD range..stuff made my OEMs there for s=cos like Red Rose etc and now plamed out to the local markets..really great Value for money stuff..hope they percolate down to India as well ! |

Hi, I had a chance to A-B-A compare between NAD C350 and Marantz PM 7200 connected to my Cadence Divas : revealed that except more punchy lower notes from Marantz, NAD produced cleaner mid-range and pure, sweet upper frequencies. The sound was more life-like and the amp never gasped inspite of being 60wpc( marantz is 95 wpc and 25wpc in A mode ) Any feedback? Aniruddha. |

to be honest...I like the 320bee better than the 350. Marantz pm7000 to me sounded smoother. But then again different amps sound different with different speakers and cables. manek. |

I relised tru class a only once I heard the Amp I finally bought Completely Agree with Manek on the 350 Vs 320BEE..the BEE has a better sting ![]() the 320BEE seems to do the first few Watts much better than the 350 and appears more relaxed, especiually the midrange [Beitrag von Arj am 16. I've heard it briefly...not an extended listening session....it sounded decent to me. I dont know if the hyperactive amp protection circuit has been rectified yet. Manek. |

I compared the c320 bee and c350. Both have a similar signature when it comes to tonal characteristics. But I found the c350 to be the quieter amp. Better dark spaces between instruments and very lush warm sound. The c320ee` is a bit more louder especially the first few watts. It gives the impression of being more dynamic and lively. But as you increase the volume, the c350 seems to be in better control and civilised and natural. Maybe it is the class A pre doing its job. Both are really good amps.I listen to jazz mostly, so preffered tHE c350. |
