The refrigerator in my house (a Godrej GE) is making one hell of a noise. Unfortunately, it is placed in a corner adjoining two walls in the kitchen. The noise levels are so high that it disturbs me even in the bedroom. Does anyone know how to reduce the noise emission or muzzle it by some means? Since it is in a kitchen, inflammable materials can't be used. |

I would recommend you to have it looked by authorised sevice personeel. |

Those service 'clowns' say that making a noise is perfectly normal. I guess it's a design issue with the refrigerator. So I will have to do the best I can on my own. |

thats quite normal.they always feel your complaint is the design issue......have it looked by a good professional...ideally it shouldn't make noise always and usually there's some kinda hissing when the thermostat kicks out and the compressor starts cooling.......should stop...... |
