Speaker Stands

I'd like to know if anyone knows of any place in Mumbai where I could have a pair of speakers stands fabricated for myself. You know, metallic, powder coated, sand fillable stands, with spikes. I know that they can be fabricated for around Rs 2000 but I don't know where to go.

USK electronics,in Hyd manufacturers decent stands with spikes,you can try calling them and find out if they are represented in Mumbai...or get it couriered.

I tried calling USK but they didn't pick up. I need local contacts. Plus USK has fixed designs. I need custom measurements.

Shahrukh, if u happen to gather any information on stands, please share with me. Even I am looking out for a pair of stand for my speakers. BTW, what customisation are you looking for?

i remember seeing some stands at J&B sound in bandra opp Amarsons...maybe they could do a custom job for you.

OK, they needn't be so "customised". I just want stands that are 30 inches tall, and very sturdy. Oh, and did I mention "reasonably priced"??
