Restek Factor VS SAC Icon

Greetings from Denmark. Dear Colleagues!
I kindly ask anyone who has knowledge or any clue, of mention in the topic amplifiers, and can suggest any of them as a better match to my system. Since the information about both of them is very sparse, I'll appreciate any tips, notes or advises referring to them.
Both of them would cost ca. 700 €, and this is my budget. I'm searching the amp with the good 3D soundstage, clear, with a little warm midrange, but foremost should provide pleasent timbre and tonal balance.

Factor is at least 20 years old, checked out, very well preserved internally and externally as well. Cleaned. SAC Icon is only several years old (4-5), and used as demo unit. Restek is highly regarded as a good decent hi-end brand. Factor is to play clean, neutral sound with good presentation, but not tiring. SAC Icon - I was told - is very universal and easy working with almost any speaker, also reproducing all kind of music equality good.

I mostly listen to small jazz group, big bands, world music, after that - symphonic and electronic, and pop comes the last.

My unortodox system ;-) consisted of: Chinese speakers Aurum Cantus Leisure MK 2 and Polish Bluetooth Analog system - player based on good DAC and tubes preamplifier, which delivers surprisingly great sound even with compressed formats (sic!). Aurum Cantus has ribbon twitters and generaly sound they produces is three dimensional, quite detailed, but not cold. They require some power to control them tight.

Any suggestions are more than welcome since German music lovers could be more familiar with interesting German manufacturers.
