Sunfire and AVM V3 preamp

Hello, I´m from Spain and I don´t know where I can put this text...

I bought on May 5 to Sunfire in this froum an AVM V3 preamp:

Well, I paid him two days after by PayPal. He said that on two days he send me the preamp. After two weeks,I write him because my postal service returned the preamp to Sunfire(Real-Name entfernt), they said the address was wrong. He doesn´t answer to me. I put a claim in Paypal and I wrote to Sunfire a lot of mails, but they doesn´t answer. Finally when Paypal gave to me the reason, he writes me and asks me for some money that paypal returned to me. I said him I want the preamp, I can to do a transfer for this little amount of money an a plus for the inconveniences. I have wrote a lot of mails but he doesn´t answer to me. I don´t know what can I do. I have bought and sold a lot of things in Spanish forums, and I am very sad and very worry. I have neither the money nor the preamp.

Can someone help me?

Hallo,

your seller wasn´t online in our forum for several days. Maybe, he is on holiday currently.

We unfortunately can do nothing for you, because all deals closed in personal responsibility of the users. If a user occupy our forum in fraudulent intent, we can space this user, but that's all from our side. Everything else between the contracting parties (including legal measures) must be clarified on a private level.

I hope he´s on holidays and all finish well. I want to finish with this attitude, but I am very worried now.

I´m writting new e-mails to this seller, and I hope he answer to me soon and he and me can to resolve this situation.

Oh, my God!!!

Thanks Sepp Spieler. Please, call him. Tell him that´s an error and I very worry, I take responsibility of everything, but I want to finish with this situation. I wrote and called a lot of things to Paypal but they said me they and I can´t do anything.

I want the V3, please, If your brother Franz writes me an email and gives me an account I paid him the small amount of money that paypal returned to me, and a plus of money for the inconveniences.

Please, can you help me?

On Thursday I need to go to the hospital with my wife, your brother knows my actual situation. But I am at home on the night.

Please, said him that I´ve sent him some mails, I´m just want with this. I just want a bank account, send him the payment that he knows, he send me the preamp and to finish with this.

I´m waiting for an answer...

Without news of the money not of the preamp...

I am starting believing that I have lost my money.

This things don´t happen in Spain.

¿Where is Sunfire? (I don´t want to write his real name).He doesn´t answer my mails and past night, he was ON Messenger connected, I write and then, he disconnected

Thanks, Sepp, but I have very few hopes that everything finishes well.

He doesn´t answer me and I think that he avoids any attempt of arranging the things.

Tomorrow my wife and I go to another hospital (she has a cancer, the third in three years), but we return at home on august 17. I offered to your brother all the money again.

I don´t know what´s happen.

Well, on 12 August, Sunfire writes me: he´ll return the money to me. This is the last comunication with him. Now, i am waiting...

Thanks Roman79. I think that I´ve lost my money ...

In Spain can happen this things, but with me don´t...i´m a very serious person and this is very difficult to me to understand.

I wrote to Sunfire yesterday, because he wrote to me on 18 August. I haven´t received an asnwer.

I only want that Sunfire reurned to me part of the money or the preamp.

I thought that he was a good person, but...

I don´t need more problems now, with the state of my wife.

Well, the money is LOST.

Sunfire said me that on September 1-2 he return to me the money. I wrote him but he doesn´t answer. He has my money and the preamp.

I want that everybody knows this action. I´ve bought and I´ve selled several products and NEVER have find problems like THIS.

Sunfire, enjoy MY MONEY AND THE PREAMP. I´ve have more problems with the health of my wife, and this is ONLY MONEY.

Remember: THIS IS ONLY MONEY.

I don´t know what is the reason that I can´t write the tru name of Sunfire. I think all the people must to know tha name os this person. I wouldn´t like that he does the same things that he had do to me...

Can I put the name of Sunfire??? In Spain is possible.

Hi Lorenzo,

we, as an open Forum, are not allowed to publish the real name of our members. However, you always can open a fraud case with your police department.

We cannot allow you a public warning against a real person as we cannot proove the real case and what has happened. We can only ban a user in case of repeated problems of that kind.

BTW: The real name is mentioned for anyone who looks into the properties (Profile link) of Sunfire.

I went to my polce station on Thursday and I tell this case. They said me that they´ll do all that is possible.

PayPal can help me too.

I musn´t thnik that my money is lost!

Sunfire must raturn to me the money. If he doesn´t return to me the money, he is a bad person!

I´m a good person and he isn´t.

I have denounced to Franz Joseff Spieler(Sunfire) on a police station of my city. They will investigate his address and other public domains.

He said me that he will return to me the money he has (442 euro) on September but I don´t know anything from him.

I must think he is a thief. He sells a preamp, and he has the preamp now and the money.
