Yamaha CDX-10 liest nur ca. 60% aller CDs! defekt?

Your Yamaha has a very ordinary Sony-laser KSS-210A, which isn't all that good. At least I have replaced a lot of these lasers over time. You MAY be able to prolong it's life by adjusting the small potentiometer on the side of the laser pick-up but replacing it is really the only way to solve the problem.
First, of course you should clean the laser-lens to be sure the problem isn't caused by dust alone. Just use a dry cotton-swab and wipe the lens. Be carefull, the lens is mounted on thin wires, that shouldn't be bended.

You may order the original Yamaha laser on this partno: Yamaha PX600431/ASWO partno: 781372, but it will be EXPENSIVE!!!
Better to order the laser from ASWO using this partno: 303616. It will be around 80% less expensive, and be the KSS-210B replacement type.

ASWO, Germany is a wholedealer and you should find a local repair-shop that deals with them. ....also you should be able to take the player apart and to replace the defective laser-unit. Are you?

ich kann mich tricomp nur anschließen, wahrscheinlich kommst Du um eine Erneuerung des Lasers nicht herum. Vorsicht bei sehr preisgünstigen Angeboten, das sind oft minderwertige Nachbauten, leider.
