Hallo,

I am new here. My German is not good, so I'll do it English.

I have the following set up:

HU : Alpine 9815
amp : Pioneer GM-X 904
sub : Audio System X-ion 12"
front: Boston FX7e

Left front of amp is gone. Now, what should I do:

repair amp (I liked it!);
buy same amp (second hand);
buy a similar but new Pioneer amp (is there one??);
buy other amp (e.g. Hifonics ZX 6400 or Audison 4.300)?

I am looking for SQ. Money is not so much an issue, I am looking for a good SQ set up.

I am also thinking of replacing front into (Boston) composet (FS60) but not now.

Where are you from? Soundstream ist quite cheap in the USA and sounds good.

I am looking for SQ. Money is not so much an issue, I am looking for a good SQ set up.

How much do you want to spend?

I think it depents on where you're from. SQ is connected to your personal taste. So I think you should tell you favorite kind of music.

Hi,

My initial maximum is Euro 300. But then again, if the perfect amp would be Euro 400, I would buy it. Music choice is varied: trance, classical music and pop (mainly live concerts). Depends on my mood. Music is never loud in my car, I want a natural sound!

So,
there are some branches which offer High SQ Amp's. between 200-400 € i think Helix, Xetec, Steg/Audio System, Hifonics?...

I know a friend who has a Helix. I like it. It's not that much powerfull, but it has a clear sound(~270€)
