I am interested in stands...would you sell it without the speakers ?

The stands are a 'master piece'.
[sorry for being so pompus - but I really like them]

I had them custom made [took 20 + days to make it].

Each one is 20 Kgs +

Sand Filled - 2 different qualities [front oval pipe]
Stone Filled - 2 different types [back oval pipe]

Automotive Paint - 'Bhatti' Booth Paint. Base + Primer + Main Coat + Lacquor over coat etc.

But, how do we ship it to Bangalore ? I will not take responsibility for that. I will make the sale FOB Bombay.
The Stand cost me 18/- K to make.
If I sell them alone, I will charge you 15 K for it.

Yes Sir. Very very expensive. It would be much cheaper, if I had compromised on the materials. The Top & Bottom plates are 10mm thick MS.
The pipes are 5mm thick & have been custom turned [oval shape]. Pipe Allignment & Welding & the paint finish.

I would love to give the stand to you for a cheaper price. The money is not important. Even if you pay me 13 K, I should be OK with it.

This is where the problem comes.
I do not know how to pack things like this. Any Foam / Thermacole will break with the weight. Trust me, it is really very very heavy. Besides, I am worried about the paint, I do not want that to get scratched. The entire look will get screwed. I do not know, what justice the picture is doing to the stand !!! It must be seen in real life to know what it is all about !!!

The Speaker [Monitor] Ellipse 8 has a flat circular base. That is 8" in diameter. That fits on top of the stand.

Hmmm...let me ask some knowledgable people who can guide me regarding the packing and the transportation aspect...then I will discuss with you.
