Old used amp chasis

Anyone know of shops where I can pick em up from cheap ? Or even amps that are ages old and don't work. My local kabadiwala came up with "jab aayegaa tab boloonga" statetemt.
Lamington road stuff wasn't very nice.

Old amps like pulz, cosmic etc would be ideal.

Currently looking for a amp chasis around 12" x 15" or even a bit smaller will do.

Hi,
Have you checked the possibility of sourcing new chassis from Pulz or Norge etc?

Modifying old chassis can turn out to be time consuming and not so rigid enough support

If you are experimenting a thick Aluminium may serve you better, easy to drill and re drill holes.

Do they give chasis only ? I very much doubt it but worth a try.

I have a arphi/pulz cabinet salvaged with thick aluminium sheets and its easy working with it. Looking for similar stuff. Nothing exotic.

On second thoughts.....I do remember reading somewhere that norge had started selling kits and diy parts.....

Absolutely true. I intend to go over and listen to shyam's bookshelves and his mosfet amp. Never met him and he has been in the business for long.
He seems to deal in wavecor drivers too so might have a look at em as well.

But I am out for the weekend so no diy'ing until possibly next weekend ;-(
