Friends,
I am selling my Reimyo DAP777 DAC. It is about 2 years old. Absolutely in mint condition (see photographs). This DAC needs no introduction. It has been around for sometime now. I have the latest MK2 version. This one link takes you through all the specs and reviews:

It is a fully balanced DAC with both RCA and XLR outputs. It accepts almost all types of digital inputs (spdif, AES/EBU, BNC and Toslink). Has a switch for phase correction as well.

The reason it has carved a niche for itself among audiophiles is, it gets the very rare act of walking the thin line between excellent transparency, Dynamics and slam combined with smooth rich analogue tones. The bass is almost turntable like full, deep and tight. The midrange is typical high-end Japanese, rich and colorful.

Auditions possible in Bangalore. You are also welcome to bring your CDP and compare it to the DAC A-B.

Excellent post;
It is a great DAC.
Sure it will find a 'super' house & will be cherished.

What will it be replaced with ?
I have a Brand New - Un Opened 808i.2 for sale. Interested ?
Will do a 'buy back' too...

Bhagwan, I do not have a budget that high but I do wish I was playing at that level which would have allowed me to clinch to one of your super deals

Honestly, wouldn't bother with the Meridian..hope you snagged something like a Sonic Frontiers SFD2 MK3 or SFD3 MK2..man that would make me smile

Hi,

Do you feel the SF's will be better than the 808.2i? Have you compared the two? Please do let us know your experience as I too am looking for a DAC.
