RX-V677 HDMI Störung

Hi zusammen,

ich habe mir vor kurzem den RX-V677 gekauft und bin soweit damit auch zufrieden, bis auf die kleine Macke das er gelegentlich wenn ich einen Film gucke, an der PS3 oder PS4 spiele, das Bild für 2-3 Sekunden schwarz schaltet. Danach ist es dann allerdings sofort wieder da. Passiert ca. 1 Mal an 3 Abenden. Ich weiß leider nicht woran das liegen könnte und dachte das ihr vielleicht eine Idee habt.

Zu den Eckdaten:

- Ich habe die aktuelle Software Version vom Receiver installiert
- Der Fernseher ist an dem HDMI Out angeschlossen
- PS3, PS4 und PC sind an den ersten 3 HDMI Eingängen angeschlossen
- HDMI Kabel habe ich alle vorher schon verwendet und kann mir nicht vorstellen das es daran liegt, denn ich habe das Problem bei allen 3 Geräten

Über eure Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hi - Sorry that my response is in english, but my german writing/spelling is terrible..

My sister had the exact same problem with her RX-V475.
I tried to swap her receiver with my RX-V775 and the problem disappered at her installation.
But her RX-V475 also worked OK in my setup - I couldn´t provoke any failures at all...
So the problem had to be related to the environment, cables or equippment attached to her receiver.

I now did two things:
1. Updated her Samsung TV with the latest firmware.

2. Ran all cables connected to the receiver through a ferrite-ringcore. Many cables has a ferrite-core attached when you buy them, but the HDMI cables at my sisters installation didn't.

This cured the problem.
I think it was the ferrite-core that did the trick, but I can't be sure. (I'm having the suspicion that Yamaha has too little RF-protection in some of their circuits).
